Returns and replacements

Right to cancel the delivery of an ordered product:

The Client has the right to cancel the delivery of the product(s) if:
-    The price of the ordered product does not correspond to that on the website
-    The product has arrived damaged
-    The delivery of the product took more than 3 days (for Bulgaria only)
-    The delivered product evidently does not correspond to those ordered by the client
If the client denies the delivery of the ordered product(s) for a reason different than the stated above, then they have to pay the cost for returning the product.
In case that the client cannot be found on the given address, is free from the duty to deliver the product.


The Client has three possibilities:
•    Refund of the entire product value
•    Trade-in for other products
•    Receive in-store credit for their next purchase


The client has a 7 day right-to-return period for Bulgaria and 14 days for deliveries outside Bulgaria. The client has the right to return the product only on the condition that it has not been used or damaged. The Client should cover the delivery taxes, unless the product has a manufacturing defect (for Bulgaria). For orders outside Bulgaria, the Client should contact the manufacturer.
Another option for the Client is to exchange the ordered product/s with others. The Client must contact within 7 days after the delivery of the product/s (for Bulgaria) and within 14 days for orders outside Bulgaria.
In-Store credit:
The Client could receive in-store credit with for their next purchase.

In Case of Manufacturing Defects

In case of visible manufacturing defects, the Client must contact within five days after the delivery of the product (for Bulgaria). In case of hidden manufacturing defects (defects that can be detected later by the Client), the Client must contact within five days after they have discovered the defect (for Bulgaria). In case of a manufacturing defect within 30 days of the delivery, is obliged to repair or replace the damaged goods or refund the amount to the Client (for Bulgaria). For orders outside Bulgaria – in all those cases, the Client must contact the manufacturer. recognize the following problems as defects, provided that they are not caused intentionally or due to misuse – unstitched parts, material detachments, unglued parts, cracks in the sole. The warranty period for shoes is 1 month, for snowboard boots is 12 months. The warranty period starts from the time of the delivering of the product. In all of these cases, the return costs shall be borne by Rival 04 Ltd.
The maximum period for removal of the defect, occurred during the warranty period is 30 days. The warranty is not valid in the following cases: - damage, caused intentionally or due to misuse, - machine wash - the absence of a document certifying the purchase.

Small deviations from the quality, color, size, weight, surface design , etc., which cannot be technically avoided, are no ground for complaints.
